We have aligned our Charity Golf Tournament to be held on April 9, 2019 at Orange County National Golf Course, 16301 Phil Ritson Way in Winter Garden, FL 34787.  All funds raised for Swim Across America benefit the regional hospitals where the funds are raised. The funds that we raise go directly to the Moffitt Cancer Center right here in Tampa!

Refund requests must reach our office in writing by April 1, 2018.

5.  The exhibitor agrees to and understands that the 7-Eleven Franchise Owners Associations of Central and Southern Florida assume no liability for any loss or damage or liability for any injury to any person resulting from any act or omissions occurring during or in transit to or from the show.  Each exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage, or destruction of the show site by the exhibitor or any person brought on to the property on his/her behalf.  The exhibitor also assumes all responsibility and liability for injury to any person or property in any way connected with the exhibitor's display caused by the exhibitor, his agent, representative or employee.

Sign Up Process

There are three pages that need to be filed out: The Vendor Application & Contract, Vendor Information Form, and the Golf Sign-Up Sheet (if participating in the Charity Golf Tournament). After completion, please email to centralflfoa@gmail.com. If paying by credit card, please include the credit card number, exp. date, and the ccv#.
